When you click the image for audio, media or an animation when a list item is selected, you are prompted to choose a file (audio-.wav, media-.avi,.mpg,.wma, .wmf-DAT files not supported-, animation-.gif,.htm) which once selected is tied to that list item via a registry key. When you select this list item and click these images, the chosen file will play an audio or play a media file or show the animation tied to that item.
